"Great location, super helpful staff. Breakfast was great and served in the rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the Sultanahmet district and the mosques nearby. The only quibble we had was that our room was on the small side and more space would have been welcome."

"Very Nice location. Our room was on -1 level and it was a bit noisy in the morning as it was located next to the spa/gym. The entrance was hard to find at midnight when we arrived. We didn’t take any breakfast there, so can’t rate it. Otherwise I recommend this hotel."

"Disappointing Service Despite a Good Location
Our stay at Sura Hotel in Istanbul was unfortunately disappointing. While the hotel was clean and the location was convenient for exploring the city, the overall experience fell short of our expectations.
During check-in, the reception staff informed us that breakfast was included in our reservation. However, we later discovered this was not true and were required to pay separately. We felt misled, especially because the breakfast was overpriced...

"This is a great hotel for travellers who are mostly looking for a clean place to sleep, and don’t intend to spend much time using hotel amenities.
The rooms (or at least ours) were quite small, but clean and well kept. While there’s no gym, pool, etc., there is a seating area at the front lobby and the hotel staff are super kind, and bring tea and coffee as you sit.
The location of this hotel was prime. It was within walking distance of everything and right beside a subway and tram system...

"The staff is so good, extremely helpful, and my room was spotless each and every day. My stay at the Kybele Hotel made me feel that I was in Istanbul, and not at a hotel in Istanbul. The location, the decoration, the food, and the service they offered for airport pickup were SUPERB. I won't stay anywhere else but at Kybele if I ever go back to Istanbul."
