"I can't say the rooms were spotless but they were clean. The staff and managers I encountered were were courteous and willingly helpful for whatever. I was asked about the room and I brought up the few things that should be looked at and she wanted to take care of it now. I told her it wasn't no need to hirry. They could do it after my stay.
