"Love this hotel and it was close the Amphitheatre where we saw Peso Pluma. Could work on making sure that the rooms are ready when they should be, because the check-in was at 3PM. However, they had to keep checking to see if our room was ready, but everything was great!"

"We drove for 12 hours and was really looking forward to our stay, but we ended at the hotel passes 11:30 pm exhausted. Went to our room and got ready to shower but the shower didn’t not work. So frustrated but just ended off with a clean bath and just went to bed. The clerk when we checked out said that they would add some Marriott points to our account for the inconvenience but never did. Not the greatest of service overall. "

"We were not aware of the $25/night parking charge. Our suite was nice, retro. The bed was very nice, linens were A+ and everything was spotless. It wasn’t luxurious but comfy and cozy. I thought $260/night with taxes was a bit steep + $25 for parking and no food or drink service on Mondays and Tuesdays which was a bummer because we were there Tuesday. Staff was friendly. Very close to the Kimo Theater which was good for us. "
