"No problem checking in. Staff friendly. Room spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of TV channels to watch. Plenty hot water for shower. Quiet for a weekend. Pool seemed dirty but able to swim in it. Hot tub wasn't working, what a bummer. Close to stores."

"I booked a room the picture showed a bed and a separate little room with a couch but the room that I got just had the bed and a Shelf with a pad on it that was my best apparently supposed to be a couch but barely looks like it was going to be able to hold more than a few bags let alone an adult person and wouldn't have been comfortable if I even tried. The room was very small smaller than I expected but that was fine the bed was not very comfortable it felt more like a cheap pad than a mattress and i couldnt get comfortable. The walls also must be paper thin because I could clearly hear my next door neighbor snoring all night which prompted me to leave 5 in the morning instead of sleeping in like I had planned. I also was treated to loud pounding music from the parking lot when I checked in about 3:30 until I went to my destination about 6:00 p.m. there was no hiding from that with some light music or TV playing either. The shower worked fine and had okay water pressure + hot water the whole place looked very nice but things just felt incredibly cheap and I wouldn't probably go back unless I had no choice. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful and I didn't bring the wrong room thing to their attention because it wasn't worth the hassle for the few hours I would be there but it would be nice to not have the wrong room given to you when you book one from the hotels app and then you get a different room from what you booked. "

"The only bad thing about our over night trip to Plattsburgh was the hotel I do not recommend the Days Inn by Wyndham when we first arrived I had to go to the service desk 3 times we couldn't get into our room so they switched rooms for us the room had dead ladybugs on the floor and in the bathroom the toilet was grimy and the bathtub wall had a big crack in it the pool area was nasty the hot tub was broken no water and not able to use the pool area was dirty the breakfast wasn't all that good the sausage was cold the eggs were dry and cold it took them 10 minutes just to make a pot of coffee they ran out of coffee cups and the staff was smoking pot as we walked by and I'm allergic to the smell of it yes I know it's legal and I know I sound like a Karen but if you are on the clock working you should not be smoking it next time we come stay in Plattsburgh for the night it will be somewhere else very disappointed in the hotel"

"C’est un des pires séjours passés dans un hôtel. Et nous faisons confiance à la bannière Holiday Inn normalement. En arrivant dans la chambre, il faisait très chaud. Nous avons démarré l’air climatisé, mais elle était tellement bruyante. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit à cause de ce bruit intense et assourdissant. Le système de climatisation est vieux et désuet et devrait être changé. Également, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Le gel douche fourni était complètement vide. Le seul point positif de la chambre était la propreté. Mais pour le montant payé et pour la nuit terrible que nous avons passé (sans sommeil), c’est très décevant."

"The front desk staff was excellent.( Sorry I forgot the clerk's name, young man with blonde hair) Had a problem with Expedia, was double charged for room. Had to call Expedia, won't be using them again. Thanks to the hotel staff, gave me a better room. "

"The check in building was completely separate from the rooms. The continental breakfast offered better choices than I expected. The room for the most part was clean, the fridge was overlooked. The bathroom seems to need repairs with a loose toilet and crack in the tub"

"What I liked about this motel was that it was on a private beach and close to all stores. Parking was good and convenient, the view from our room was excellent. What was not to my liking was there was no one at the front desk the entire time we were there and no maid service( fresh towels, toilet paper, ect)."
