We stayed for 5 nights at the Hotel Oromana. The room is big. The beds are huge and good and clean, the bathroom sanitair Is clean. It’s a lovely and to me charming hotel, but the property needs to be renovated. Very few personal present. Diner was very sober.

Great quiet hotel with nice restaurant

Lovely quiet situation, friendly staff in all areas, really good evening meal, comfy bed, clean bedroom, plentiful hot water. The overall decor is a bit tired, but this should not put you off - a great experience, superb value for money, and great for a one night stopover before catching an early flight from Seville airport, which is just 25 mins away.

Overnight Stay on Long Journey

We needed a place to stay near Seville as we were travelling again the next day. Lots of hot water. Whilst fairly basic, everything was clean. Very comfortable bed Lovely surroundings too. No issue parking the car free of charge

Hotel is in a beautiful place surrounded by pine trees, so the smell outside is amazing. It is nice to sit and rest on patio. Very clean room and bathroom. Bathroom is pretty spacious. There is free parking which is nice.

This is our favorite hotel! Frank was absolutely amazing. He took care of all of our needs. He mapped out places to eat and see. The staff are fantastic. Rooms are clean, hotel is clean. Everything is in working order. The air conditioning is nice and cold. We will be back again one day to stay there.

Our third visit, and our stay was as special as both previous ones. Peacefulness, remoteness, spotlessly clean room, very efficient A//C, light comfy lounge area. The swimming pool was much appreciated, as was the poolside bar (weekends) and the delicious food from the Oromana restaurant - open Monday - Saturday evenings and weekend lunchtimes. But... what makes this hotel exceptional is it's staff. Waiting staff, housekeeping, behind the scenes staff we never met, and reception staff were polite and professional. Reception staff in particular were helpful, organising taxis, restaurant bookings and drinks durung the day when the bar wasn't manned. All the reception staff worked very hard, and went above and beyond to fulfil our requests. But one gentleman stood out. Thankyou Fran for taking time to make us feel extra special - always a smile, handshake, advice on festivals we may enjoy another year and he produced an iron and extra coat hangers in a flash. He made us feel we were friends as well as guests. Thank you Fran, for your genuine wishes that we had a good stay at The Oromana.

We booked this property as it was in close distance to Sevilla airport. But, I was pleased to find that it was a lovely hotel situated away from everything. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to visit the surrounding area, but it looked very beautiful. The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, especially Amelia on reception, but also the other gentleman who was on reception when we left at 5am. The room was very comfortable and clean but I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a little fridge, which is always necessary for travellers, however the hotel was very obliging in allowing us to use their fridge in the kitchen.

An OK place to put your head down.

This is a hotel that has seen better days. Reminds me more of an Eastern European hotel - a place to put your head down, but no more. But the staff are very helpful and friendly, including the cleaning staff. It has an over priced restaurant that has a very limited menu. But there's a great Italian restaurant called Giovanni's about two blocks away from the end of driveway entrance. I recall it closes on Tuesday nights, so check opening hours.

The location is overall ok, the park is nice and there are many cats, which is always sweet. The pictures of the hotel are definitely NOT accurate, particularly the pool which is so rundown. The rooms have been "updated" but extremely badly and you might as well sleep on the floor with that bed. My husband had the worst back pain from it. A tiny sliver of soap and shampoo are provided and absolutely nothing else, no water, no coffee, no mini fridge... On and on. We were there on a Saturday and a wedding was going on until very late so if you want to sleep, bring earplugs. Upon check-in, the front desk guy told us the restaurant opened at 8pm but clearly didn't mention that because of the wedding we wouldn't be able to dine there, which we only found out once we came downstairs. TV doesn't turn on, lights don't work, flooring is all crooked and badly installed, the bathroom door hasn't had any grease for 50+ years it seems, so forget going to the bathroom in the middle of the night without waking your spouse up. We decided to checkout the next day and the woman at the front desk almost didn't seem surprised. She didn't give any indication of caring why we were leaving early or trying to ask if there's something they could do or apologize at all. She literally didn't give a damn. Avoid and don't trust the good reviews.

Conveniently situated hotel outside of Seville

The Reception Staff, particularly Julia? and a tall dark-haired guy (whose name I cannot remember) always had a lovely smile on his face. Both were very good and extremely helpful. We were out of season in March so not everything was open. The swimming pool was closed as was the Tapas Bar. The restaurant doesn’t open until 8:30 (until 10:30) for dinner which was a problem for us because we like to eat earlier but we ate out where we happened to be on the day. Rooms were cleaned most days. The hotel itself overlooks the town of Alcala De Guadaira with lovely country walks around it. Very conveniently located for visiting Seville, Cadiz and Cordova but you do need a car! All in all a good stay!

The property is good size situated besides the park. But it is in the middle of nowhere. We are not in the right season to enjoy outdoor amenities so I can’t tell it is nice or not. However, the outdoor is not in the best condition. The bedroom is spacious but the shower stall is a joke, 2’ x 2’. It is old and smelly. The toilet handle is broken. There is no elevator in the property and the staff doesn’t offer any help for luggages. It might be a problem for older guests.

Had an amazing stay here, really an excellent hotel in a fantastic location. The surrounding city is filled with kind people and great places to eat. The hotel itself is staffed also by very kind people and was overall very comfortable. There is also a good breakfast buffet. Overall highly recommend.

Hotel was really good. Would benefit from EV charging. Guy on reception last night was excellent. So helpful. If we come again we would go for a bigger bed as the standard was quite small. Came down at 8am for breakfast. Nothing was ready. Had to ask and the guy scuttled from reception and turned all the lights on and starting laying stuff out. We were in a rush so could not wait. Only able to grab a coffee. But what we saw coming out was pretty poor and not worth what was charged...
