Staff at desk admit to poor safety compliance and apologised but manager was dismissive and unhelpful and offered no apology. No once. I’m not at all a health and safety nut but between this incident and the fact that dishes are left outside rooms for 24 hours and strange smells I wouldn’t be going back in a hurry "
