"The staff was amazing friendly attentive full of recommendations to look out for us. The food was delicious and reasonable especially for a resort. It is a little secluded which was excellent for us. The grounds are amazing and well maintained. Our room was squeaky clean. The only two items I wished they had were a TV and consistent hot water. "Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. "The Resort is a beautiful destination in itself, the staff all went above and beyond in their willingness not help and accommodate all our needs. The daily housekeeping staff made sure to leave personal touches in our room each day, which made our stay just that much more enjoyable. It became a game to see what towel animal they would leave on our bed as well as a handwritten note. I highly recommend a stay here if you are in Panglao, or Bohol as a whole."
