"Right on a very beautiful beach and rooms were clean and most have a sea view. Free street parking around the hotel but sometimes 300m away from the hotel. Restaurant had good variety for food, the other restaurant we could not get in but also buffet style. So 2 restaurants on property, one snack bar and one main bar. Plus one rooftop bar (with great views and you need to pay for drinks there). One main pool and one kiddies pool with water slides, only the kid's pool is heated. Lounge chairs available around the pool but you need to pay for the ones on the beach as they are not part of the property. What I did not like is they give you a card for a beach towel and you need to pay 1 euro to replace it and you cannot even do room charge, you have to pay with an actual card. Which means if you don't want to pay, you have to keep the same towel for the whole stay, it is not even replaced daily. Housekeeping every other day and when they start cleaning in the morning everything smells like bleach. We had the all inclusive and it is totally worth it because alcohol is also included and most bartenders were really nice and drinks were good. Most employees did speak some English. The night shows were also good. One last remark: the feet cleaning station to wash your feet when you come back from the beach is ridiculous. It just drips water and cleaning your feet takes forever. "I had a fantastic stay at Grupotel Marítimo and honestly couldn’t be happier with my choice. I’m so glad I booked this hotel! Location: The location is excellent. You can take a bus directly from the airport and the bus stop is only about a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The beautiful beach is also just a few minutes away on foot, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. Room & Cleanliness: My room was very spacious, including the bathroom and I had a beautiful view of the pool from my balcony. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, well maintained and incredibly spacious. There was plenty of room in the lobby and throughout the hotel to sit,relax and enjoy yourself. Food: I stayed on a half-board basis and both breakfast and dinner were amazing.There was a huge variety of food to choose from with plenty of options. The quality and selection made it excellent value for money. Staff & Service: All the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. One thing that really impressed me was the service after checkout. I had an evening flight, so I spent the day enjoying the beautiful sunshine at the beach rather than missing out on such a lovely day. When I returned to collect my luggage, the hotel kindly provided me with a towel and allowed me to have a shower so I could freshen up before my journey. I really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Perfect hotel for a relaxing beach holiday with delicious food and excellent service. Huge thanks to all the lovely staff. Highly recommend!❤️"

"This is a very comprehensively equipped resort. A bit too enormous for some tastes - there is a lot of walking to do. It is well situated a quick drive from Alcudia where there are excellent restaurants if you don't want the hotel's buffet every night. Decent beaches are quite a drive away."

"Loved the location. Excellent place to relax and spend some quality time with family. Great for families with kids as there is plenty of entertainment at the hotel to keep you engaged. There was no need for going anywhere. The entertainment team had some sessions of archery and rifle shooting. Kudos to the entire entertainment team. Andres, Jonathan, and all others were great. The location is next to the beach with private access which has got lovely waters. The sunrise moment is best to cherish. The rooms are nice with excellent service. The swimming pools are good. Being a veggie and vegan, there are limited food options but surely the chefs went extra mile to prepare food dishes to meet our dietary needs. Good value for money. The service and response from the staff is great. Enjoyed every minute of the stay."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. The cleaning was excellent and I really enjoyed the food. I would say there could have been more vegetable options. Some nights it was great, with asparagus, broccoli, peppers etc but other nights there were a lot of potato varieties and limited veg. At breakfast I found a lot of the pastries and waffles were quite dry but it did save me some weight gain! I was a bit annoyed that it says there is an airport shuttle and when I asked about it, it was over 90 euros yet when I got a regular taxi, one way it was only 81 and the other way 70 something so I’m not sure what they are providing that warrants the extra cost when I was already paying around £200 a night for a very basic room. They commented that next year guests will be required to pay to use the kimena pool, this was the nicer pool with a nicer temp whereas the the other pool is very small and freezing so that would put me off staying there again. Again, why are the basic rooms priced so high if you can’t even have the facilities included. Overall I enjoyed my stay but I have stayed in nicer hotels for a similar price. Hector who worked in the bar was lovely and made a mean espresso martini! Shout out for being so friendly and kind."
