Well the Staff was delightful but as per the cleanliness not good, i know it was off season but things hadn't been good from the moment we walked into our room. Toilet tilted, ceiling tiles were old and stained, floors needed to be swept, jacuzzi didnt work, spider webs everywhere. Lightning needs to be updated, blow dryer took forever to dry my hair that normally takes 15 minutes to dry, gave up after 25 minutes of using it. The mirrors are all old and need replacing, the coffee maker was old and spilled everywhere. We did love the staff, they tried their best to accommodate to our needs.

Our stay was not in season so a lot was closed for winter. The properties restaurants and bar were closed. We did find a a little corner pizza place that was open to get dinner. As far as the property. It was just ok. With some updating it would be a nicer stay. Our room was clean. And it was very quiet which was nice due to the time frame that we stayed. We reserved a king room with a jetted tub. The tub was huge and worked great! The tv was a little small and the stand was broken so we couldn’t raise the tv up to see it better. But Im a stickler about a clean room and it definitely was that. We did stay in a different building than where the pool was located so we did have to either walk or drive to the building. We chose to drive over, it was just to cold to walk. The jacuzzi was clean and they had bathrooms for us to change before heading back which was good. The next morning they had a continental breakfast which we enjoyed. A little bit of everything to choose from. Easy checkout. Overall stay there. Was good.

Very Nice Stay

Our stay was nice and quiet and comfortable. Staff person was very pleasant and helpful. She offered if we needed anything more to let her know. If we are up that way again or someone asks, we will recommend Bonnie Castle resort to stay at.
