"Everything was wonderful except the chargers in the table in the living room did not work but we always carry extension cords and surge protectors so it was not a big deal. The desk staff were so great, friendly, helpful and courteous. The rooms were kept very clean and neat which we always appreciate."

"Had a problem with the security deposit, stayed on three different occasions and never got back to the deposit. This last time I talked to management, hopefully they rectify it"

"For the most part, everything was all right; however, the carpet had long wrinkles in it, and the room smelled musty. Additionally, $37 parking fee seemed extreme."

"It’s in the perfect location. Close to King St. for the shops and restaurants. Also the Metro station was only a few blocks away. Hotel offered a free shuttle service within a 1 mile radius. Parking on site and very secure. The rooms were big for a studio room. We did not use the full kitchen but having a large refrigerator and microwave helps, especially since we bought food from Whole Foods, which was a block away."

"My room was well equipped and comfortable, however the AC did break in the middle of the night which made my stay ultimately pretty uncomfortable. The property is in good shape with the exception of the rear 'pet' yard which is obviously not taken care of by pet owners or the property managers- pet waste everywhere! If not for the AC breaking I would rate it higher."

"walking distance to the waterfront. onsite parking. staff was very helful when the elevator was down. didn't use the restaurant. there was a nice open market across the street that had great food."
