Rixos Montaza Alexandria
It is a very nice facility. I think the personnel are also trying their best to satisfy the customers. There is a little bit of lack of English in some of them though. However, a fantastic hotel (Nariman) in general.

The Grand Plaza Hotel Smouha
Overall a great stay. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The only downside was some noise due to sports teams staying at the hotel, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
