"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Just a heads-up, the walk from the ferry can be quite long, so I’d suggest arranging for a golf cart in advance. You can rent one through the property, but they only accept cash, and the price is a bit higher. However, this wouldn't impact my overall positive review. "We had an amazing stay! Our room was on the adults only side. Many restaurant options and events. Make sure you visit south beach. Only thing I would advise is staff to vacuum/mop the hallways on the 7th floor. "
