"My experience at this hotel was completely unacceptable from the moment I arrived. The room door didn’t even close properly, which immediately raised safety concerns. Once inside, things got even worse: the mattresses were torn (literally ripped), there was visible hair on the beds, and it was clear the room had not been cleaned at all. The air conditioning was not working, which is unacceptable in Cancun, and to make matters worse, the bathroom was in terrible condition. The toilet was dirty, stained, and splattered — clearly not cleaned or sanitized. I chose not to stay even for an hour due to hygiene and safety concerns. However, the hotel refused to provide any solution — no refund, no compensation — despite the issue being entirely their fault. It is very concerning that a hotel operates under these conditions. I absolutely do not recommend staying here."

"Pros: Location, friendly staff, safety, activities for kids Cons: two restaurants for breakfast but same menu ( although the options and good quality is good). You technically have Mexican ot Italian options for dinner ( Azul restaurant was fancy looking but pretty bad food). One program on Saturday night and that was pretty much it. The resort feels safe for family and saw lots of spring break kids but still a family friendly resort. If your kid is looking to spend spring break here, it is a good option as it has a good balance of safety/ food/ things to do."

"Loved the resort and the food options! The private beach was amazing and beautiful and staff was top notch! I only wish there was a bit more entertainment at the resort itself. We were also put on the 8th floor (no balcony) and our sink leaked onto the floor everytime we ran it… "

"The lady who checked us in didn’t give us any information about the perks of booking a suite, like access to club rooms, happy hour etc. it was like pulling teeth. This is after spending thousands of dollars. Will never stay here again. "

"The jr ocean suite was big, clean and gave a direct view of the ocean. The staff was amazon from the porters to the receptions. All were welcoming and vey friendly. The Bartender David was amazing. By the 2nd day he knew everyone choice of drink and names. He also makes great taste tester and had me coming back for a Bahamas mama "

"Beautiful beach and pools. Even in a year which was forecast to have abundant seaweed, there was little at this hotel due to the north facing beach. Staff and service were more than welcoming. Restaurant choices were plentiful and the food preparation was superior."

"The airport shuttle is not easy to find. The all-inclusive claim isn't true; there are many things that still need to be paid for."
