We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it another day! The room & resort were very clean, staff was friendly, food was decent (better than other all inclusives I have been to), & the pool/beach activities were fun. The room was clean, modern with a lot of space for setting. The balcony has beautiful views of the beach and the pool. The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. I let them know I was celebrating a Babymoon and they decorated the room with balloons. The Mexican celebration party was amazing. The pool was nice, clean and had many events like a foam party, water aerobics. Great restaurant options. I wish I stayed longer. I plan to return

Some aspects of the room did show signs of wear, but the room itself was very nice. Elevators worked fine, but poor during peak hours. Service itself was very good. The gym was excellent. The food in both the buffet and two of the restaurants we ate, were average but satisfying. Definitely a wide variety of different juices, meals etc.
