"The property is in a great location and the staff is so helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Wonderful AC blowing and enjoyed the beautiful pools. Will definitely stay here again."

"Wir kamen pünktlich zum Check in an und unser Zimmer war immer noch nicht fertig. Haben zwei Stunden länger warten müssen bis wir aufs Zimmer konnten. Dann war es auch nicht mal sauber. Klebrige Ablagen und Tische. Im Restaurant leider selbiges. Es wurde nicht richtig abgeräumt und die Tische waren klebrig und die Stühle waren mit Vogelmist. Das war sehr unappetitlich. Dann am zweiten Abend den Magen beim Buffet verdorben. Wir bekommen eine flache Wein aufs Haus"

We unfortunately saw a cockroach twice near the indoor pool area, which was concerning and affected our overall impression of the hotel. The general cleanliness also did not meet our expectations. "Staff very friendly and always happy to help. Room was nice enough. Housekeeping didn’t feel the need to change sheets even with dead mosquito and blood on pillow! (One I swatted in the night!) Lots of groups of people and party vibe."

"Check in the room was not ready which was not an issue. However the receptionist was going to offer us a room to change in and then was it seemed overruled by his supervisor which was poor. Room itself was ok apart from a wet used towel left beside the safe! Also disappointed that there was no kettle with tea/ coffee in the room which is pretty well the norm in hotels this day. A average stay which with a bit more focus on customer care could have been excellent."
