"La colazione scarna , per un hotel di tale categoria mai vista una cosa del genere. Nessuna scelta( solo cornetti e brioche) e anche per un capouccino si attende molto. Inoltre dovevamo pagare in struttura invece ci è stato addebbitato tutto la mattina dell' arrivo. Non professionalità. Peccato perché la struttura all' interno e le camere molto belle"

"Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva. Ho trovato il letto un pò scomodo (ma quello è più un mio problema, sono molto esigente sui materassi. Molto pulito, in bagno gli asciugamani profumavano! Un pò bassino il lavandino.. Ma anche lì magari ero io un pò troppo alta. Ha il parcheggio interno, abbiamo fatto un ottima colazione e siamo stati serviti bene con molta gentilezza ed educazione! "

Very hard to find the entrance Due to our flight, we got there at around 9:30 pm. and everything was dark, rang the doorbell & we were told we should had arrived before 6:00 pm. In the AM we were locked in & was very hard to find a way to get out as no one is around if you need anything."

"Wir waren recht spontan nur eine Nacht dort und fanden das Hotel sehr schön. Es ist gepflegt und sauber. Der Parkservice funktioniert sehr gut und kostet mit 25€ pro Nacht vergleichsweise wenig, denn man zahlt eben nur für die Nacht und nicht pro Stunde. Wir haben auf vorheriges Bitten hin das von uns gewünschte Zimmer bekommen, was natürlich für eine gute Grundstimmung sorgt. Die Lage ist top! "Not sure how this is even classed as a 4*. Rooms closer to a barrack.. doesn’t have shampoo and hair conditioner or body wash so bring your own as they only have a weird water-activated hand soap. When we asked for an ironing board we were told they don’t have any for guests and would only accept dropping our clothes off so long as not linen, with turnaround of 3-4 days… Beds also not comfortable and dirty without a proper cover, only a sheet.
