The staff was friendly and the room was clean. But the walls are so thin that you can hear everything, especially when people are partying at 2 in the night. My room was next to the shared bathroom and it felt like the head board of my be,d was inches from the toilet. I could literally hear how many liters people were peeing. The room was cheape, but not that cheap.

Room was fine , beds clean n comfy although our toilet drains did have a permanent bad smell. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was good and the Shop below was open till 2am there is also a cafeteria very close that does take way breakfast.

We spent about an hour at the check-in as the info on the reservation was not clear if I booked a room with private bathroom or sharing one. We then decided to accept to stay in one with bathroom on the corridor but the reception young guy arranged for us to move to a much better room with private bathroom. He was very helpful with any of our request. Be aware, no matter which room you get, all are noisy, from outside or even from next door or corridor. Aircon is fantastic, we always loved coming back to a coller relaxing room. It can be too cold at night, ask reception to adjust it for you. Cleanliness is fine. It is not a 5 star hotel but its the most reasonable priced property in central, so you should at least see the good part of this property. It is 5-10 min walk to all good restaurants/bars or to the bus to the airport or train station. The beach is about 15 min walk. I would recommend the San Juan Playa, about 30 min by tram. This beach has clear water, not crowded, there is very good bar with live dj, umbrellas and chairs to rent and toilets.

La struttura ĆØ piccola. Il personale ĆØ molto gentile. Ma le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono sporchi. Si sente molto l odore di fogna. I bagni non sono puliti, c ĆØ un mochovileda abbastanza sporco che possiamo passare per terra se bagnato. Bisogna migliorare la pulizia.
