"The road noise was substantial and reduced my ability to sleep. Upon check in there was no shampoo holder in the shower. I called but housekeeping didn’t understand. I talked to the woman in the hall who was able to help me. Overall the room was spacious and cleanish but the bathroom had old nail polish smeared on the floor and it was relatively dated and worn. No part of this stay was luxury. Even the check in system did not allow me to enter and awards number and I later had to stand through the line to get it accomplished. The pool was not open. My key did not allow me access to Paris as advertised. Once there I could not even use a lounge chair without paying which is absurd. "

"Definitely an older property which has not been updated, no fridge in room, the mirror was broken in bathroom, the shower pressure could take skin off it was so brutal, not very good signage for where things are. Some of pool staff were great but servers barely came aroumd and it took forever to get drinks."

"I was honestly very disappointed with my stay at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. The hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers, especially considering it’s located within the same building as Mandalay Bay. It doesn’t feel like a true Four Seasons experience—it’s essentially part of Mandalay Bay—so you might as well stay there and save your money. Everything felt overpriced. We ordered a small fruit plate to the room and were charged $50, which is simply unreasonable. On top of that, the final bill ended up being much higher than expected due to additional charges like daily property/resort fees (around $55 per day) and valet parking at $45 per day. Even at the pool, if you want a shaded area (like a cabana or daybed), you have to pay extra. Room service also includes an automatic $10 service fee. At every turn, there are added charges, and it really adds up quickly. Overall, the experience did not match the price at all. I would not stay here again. Save your money and stay at Mandalay Bay instead."
