Calling the front desk, I was told to dial 100, after I asked. I called by dialing zero, which did not work. This could’ve been avoided if there were instructions in the room "
"I wish we had more time to stay here. It’s not a hotel, it’s an experience. Nothing like staying in a building over 700 years old.
The views of the countryside were incredible. The service impeccable. Dining was great.
