We contacted the host to request a different room or a possible refund, but never received a response. As a result, we did not end up staying in the room at all. The check-in process was also extremely frustrating and poorly organized. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially given the lack of communication and effort to resolve the issue. I would not recommend...

"The online check in process was fantastic. We were glad to get into our room earlier than the standard check in time. The design of the room was stylish and modern.

Additionally, the shower needs a door! The bathroom was covered in water at the end of a shower. Lastly, more lockers are needed; we almost did not get a locket on the day...
