"Stayed two nights with my family; we are 5 total. Our kids are ages 10, 13 and 14. Can’t say enough great things about how welcome we felt. The communication with property management was excellent and we used the car service they provided from the train station (for a fee). The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. If we come back to Turin, we will absolutely look to stay here again! "

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile."

"This hotel and staff/owner were amazing. Very well designed and with attention to detail. The kind people managing this hotel were helpful and attentive when needed. "The room would have been perfect if it was not that the air conditioning was so weak and the room was so hot even in June. the AC is centrally controlled so you cannot change the temperature. They gave you an extra fan but the apt is too big for the fan and even you can cool off one area, the rest of the apt is still unbearably not. I would love to stay here again but not in winter or summer "

"Struttura a due passi dalla stazione Porta Nuova, molto comodo per gli spostamenti e in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro a piedi. Gli appartamenti sono arredati con gusto e molto confortevoli. Molto carini anche i corridoi. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia. Nelle vicinanze si trovano tanti locali per poter mangiare. Top"

"The Residence is in a restricted traffic area, so you can't directly drive to it without a permit. Our navigation system was not able to find the address and we had to enter a different one nearby and then walk to the residence (about 500m). The rooms are very nice Italian style and the staff is very friendly, including the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was great."
