"The property is as advertised; it is small but has what you need for a visit to NYC. It is a 20-minute walk to Times Square, 5 minutes to the Empire State Building, and 10 minutes to Flatiron. The Subway is 2 blocks away, and you are about a 7-minute walk to Penn Station. The AC was sufficient. "This was definitely a diamond in the rough, many people said it wasn't a great area. Many people were wrong. The hotel itself was super clean and quiet during my 4 night 5 day stay. No issues walking to and from my event and several coffee shops and bodegas to fulfill any need along the way. Will be staying here again next year"
