"Location was perfect, staff friendly and helpful, food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious. Things to note. The elevator is small so if you travel with a larger group you will have to take turns and streets are stone so keep in mind for larger rolling luggage. I had no issue with a carryon and backpack."

The location was also very convenient, as it was only a few minutes away from the city center, train station, and bus stop. Lastly, I would like to commend the receptionists for their professionalism and patience in handling a particularly impatient customer."
