"Stayed four nights. It was a great base camp for exploring the area. The breakfast was great with lots of options. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Ty room was nice and the balcony was a bonus. Our only complaint is that the bed was hard and the pillows were harder but we ran into that issue all over northern Italy."

Staff is outstanding -- my dinner waitress [Isamel] speaks 5 languages fluently, has a Masters degree in international business, and is very easy on the eyes. Hotel offers a collection of reading glasses for reading the menu [in case you forgot yours] -- this was something I've never encountered before in my travels. Parking underground is tight, but so is everywhere else in Europe. Short walk to ski lifts. 25...

"The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. The staff were all helpful and kind. "
