"Beautiful, spacious room looking out to Banderas Bay. Well maintained and well serviced.
Great amenities - access to the beach, lots of restaurants/bars, gym, lots of pools to chose from.
The food was great and the service was in the majority of cases, flawless and friendly. Only one slight issue with one restaurant waiter who took issue with us not tipping above the already included service charges and gratuities. "We love this hotel and have stayed here three times. We deeply regret their decision to become an all inclusive this Spring. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to go out to eat and enjoy the town, we are not interested in staying in the hotel all the time or paying for food we wont eat. I hope they reconsider this decision, we would return if they did."

"Very friendly staff . Our flight got there a few hours early and they allowed us to check in which was amazing. Francisco went above and beyond to take our bags into our room and showed us around the hotel. This location is walking distance from the Malecón which is the shopping strip with lots of vendors. 10/10 would recommend. I plan on coming back next year"
