"The night attendant who checked us in was exceptional and really set a great tone for the stay. However, a few things fell short for the price: breakfast was underwhelming, the room could use more wall outlets (ideally with USB and USB-C ports), and the bed felt more like a full than a queen."

"It’s a family friendly hotel. Good location. Mini golf next door is fun. The pools are nice. The room was clean but the shower had a lot of mold. Overall pretty good spot to stay. Breakfast had a few options but basic. The coffee was a 2 out of 5 at best."

"Staff was very friendly. Room smelled extremely musty. It did not have good ventilation. The jacuzzi tub was very slippery. It seemed as if it was cleaned but not rinsed after. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very tiny and dated. The location was ideal."

"It's not the best but not the worst if you need somewhere to just stay a few days it was nice it was downtown gatlinburg. There was only 1 front desk person we had to wait about 40 mins at the front desk just to check in it was very hot and humid and when you called the number "for assistance" it just calls the front desk phone number so that was pointless. Breakfast was good again was like 1 worker doing everything but she kept up with it."

"The stay was absolutely lovely! Would no doubt be 5 stars but the lights in the parking lot are, in fact, that bad. I appreciate the attempt at creating a safer environment but it does almost ruin the balcony and the view after 9 ish. Switching to a security light that is angled down and not up and out would make all the difference. Its like sitting infront of ford f-150 with their brights on. "Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug."

"Elevator out. Pool was closed. Room smelled musty and moldy. Carpet was gross (musty/moldy). There was no hot water. Visible mold throughout. No real lighting in the room. Breakfast was a continental with the option to microwave pancakes. They did give us another room after they saw all the issues. The new room was much better but still had visible mold and the toilet did not work well (running). This place needs to be closed for a full renovation."
