"Hotel was very clean, as well as the room. Bathroom shower could need a makeup as it looked dated. Cleanliness of the room, bathroom and overall hotel was excellent. Breakfast was good! Good variety. Only negative with breakfast was the coffee. It tasted like hazelnut coffee and I’m not a fan of hazelnut coffee. "Second time staying at this property and enjoyed it as much as the first time. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the bed is super comfy. They offer a wonderful free breakfast, there are omelets made to order along with so many other hot and cold breakfast items. Upon arrival you are also given a voucher for their happy hour, which includes 2 free drinks per day and a snack bar. The pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained, as is the property in general. There are restaurants...

"The young man at the front desk seemed quite stressed. When he asked for the ID of the person who made the reservation, I couldn't remember if I had booked it under my name or my husband's. He asked for a phone number, and when he couldn't find the booking under mine, he was quite arrogant; he immediately took my husband's number and completely ignored me, acting very unkindly and somewhat dismissively toward me. "Rooms were very comfortable, great layout and clean. Front desk was very helpful, staff was great and it’s always nice to have a hot breakfast waiting for you in the morning. Many restaurants and shopping very close by."

"The AC in our room was broken. Had to come two times to fix it went to bed got woken up at 3 AM when carbon monoxide detector was ringing call front desk was told there was no maintenance to unplug it, we said is there a week because it was bringing they moved us to a small room at 3:30 AM. The next day the Manager Kim called us back and was talking over us trying to tell us we had to stay in that small room, even though I paid for a bigger room finally after arguing got put back in that room so...

"It was one of the only hotels that would let us check in at 18 which was very kind. The facility was very nice and clean as well as the rooms were very clean and organized upon arrival. It was a very nice location and near many restaurants as well as not too bad of a drive to the beaches nearby. The pool was clean and comfortable to lounge in while we enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind and helpful with any questions or concerns arose."
