"I am in a wheelchair, my left leg was amputated. I checked in and they gave me a room on the 3rd floor. Not a problem since they had elevators. Later, my husband, who recently had back surgery, and I were going out to eat and the elevators weren't working. My poor husband managed, barely, to get me down the stairs but when we returned the elevators still were not working. We had heck trying to get up all those stairs. We finally made it. "This was the best hotel I've been at for this price in years. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Best of all the price was right. My only possible complaint is there was only one (slow) elevator. Easily overlooked with how amazing everything else was."
