"The hotels location is great, the hotel was super clean. The only issue we had, was we went there for an event that started at 5:30pm, and we arrived at 2pm, there were hundreds of people waiting to be checked in, but they refused to start checking people in any earlier than 3pm despite having the rooms ready. There was people waiting in line, drinking and getting ready in the bathrooms and lobby for the event, and still they wouldn’t start checking people in to limit the wait for anyone....

"Excellent location - very nice staff - fantastic bar. The ONLY downside is their weird bathroom set up. Why have a window in the shower that looks out to the bed? More importantly, WHY is there an automatic light in the bathroom? So when a person gets up at 2am to use the restroom, the light automatically comes on, and then the partner that is in the bed gets woken up by the light. This makes no sense. Other than this annoyance, everything else was great."
