"Hotel is in great location. Booked 2 Double bed suite but it was oversold, so we got King size bed suite. Called for couple hours at night to get extra blanket and pillow, front office answered but we never got it after called twice. Otherwise, Front office staff very courteous and helpful. Property is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Parking was tricky, used Trader Joe parking in the basement of the hotel. They have great breakfast, courteous crew."

"Hi, a really great hotel. I had called earlier to mention a late arrival. Although they initially charged, they quickly sorted out a refund when I arrived. The hotel room and bathroom were pristine. I had an issue with a padlock on my suitcase - it took a while for maintenance to attend but when they arrived it was sorted quickly. Great location - 6 mins walk to the metro station. I did not sample the breakfast/food but would highly recommend."

"This was a terrible experience staying at the inn. The room was dirty, and smelled like moth balls when I arrived and bed had dirty sheets. Upon trying to change my room I was told there were no others available and if I wanted to I could pay to upgrade to a bigger room, even though online showed there were 7 rooms available. I had stayed here weeks before with a good experience, but this time was just not enjoyable. I checked out and went to a clean hotel."

"The hotel is a beautifully situated in the heart of downtown Bethesda and excellent walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. However, the bed in the room was very hard and uncomfortable and we had to travel a few floors to get ice because the ice machine on our floor was broken and the floor below us. Leaving us to have to navigate 2 flights of stairs or elevator wait time just to retrieve ice."

"the valet, door and desk attendants, and the housekeeping staff are all so incredibly kind!! the hotel itself is very beautiful and well kept. the bathroom was overall clean, however i couldn’t help but notice yellow buildup in some harder to reach places on the shower floor. the breakfast food and drinks are very good, however the wait staff isn’t the kindest. there was a private event happening in the hotel during our stay, so some of the amenities that were advertised by email after booking...

"We stayed in a K suite which was roomy and very comfortable. It had a main room with a small but well equipped full kitchen, table with four chairs and a large couch. A separate bedroom had a comfy king bed. There were two large tvs in the suite with many stations on each. Included full breakfast was really good with plenty of hot and cold choices in an attractive, glassed in area. Minor negatives were somewhat lumpy pillows which they probably would have changed if I asked and the shower is...
