"Booked a room for my brother that was passing through whose car broke down on his way to New York. The receptionist treated him poorly. First negative interaction upon check in I was on the phone with him assisting with booking. I said wow shes rude and she yelled what did she say. Basically eavesdropping. Due to being a last resort. I booked him a room for 2 nights. He decided to leave a day early. So PAID for. Because the uber drivers both canceled he then had to wait for a taxi. So, unexpected situation he was waiting in the lobby and she was kicking him off the property and speaking down to him. He said he was going to leave a poor review and I entirely agreed. She said back to him he's not the one who paid so his review doesnt matter. It sure does! Anyone staying is a customer and should be treated as such. Kicked him out when it was literally snowing when he was just sitting there! No excuses for this behavior. The front desk receptionist needs to take a courtesy course."
"I won't stay there again as hotel guests have to pay or join some rewards program in order to use the internet. I will avoid any hotel affiliated with Wyndam. I was not able to work while traveling for business and that affected by work load. Terrible idea by Wyndam, I will not stay in their hotels due to this new policy. "
"We were going to stay at the Riverside Motel in Fultonville. That place looked SCARY. We left that motel ASAP and went to the Super 8. The Super 8 was MAGICAL in comparison. Very clean, no smoke odor, sizable room with microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast bagels were YUM! Very grateful not to fear that my car will be broken into or that I’ll be murdered in my sleep. Slept like a baby :)"
"This is always our go to hotel for when we visit my family. However this time there were a few issues with cleanliness. There were makeup stains on our sheets and dead flies in the window. We will stay here again but hope to see an improvement in those areas "
