"Chegamos no hotel, e tivemos a surpresa de que o mesmo nao tinha um quarto para a duracao de nossa reserva, apos uma longa discussão com o hotel acabamos reservando o JW marriot ao lado por 4x o preco que estavamos pagando e exigimos uma noite gratuita no dia da chegada, os mesmos nos informaram que podiamos comer por cortesia no hotel como nao haviam taxis ou carros na propriedade para nos levar a nenhum restaurante. "It is not four star hotel. Don't book hotel looking shown picture . Hotel is very terrible. I had visited on 11th Dec and my check-in was early morning. Hotel was booked for two days and they asked for early check-in charges, even we paid full amount two days charges approx. 6500 Rs. "May be good place for destination wedding, but not for resort outing. Nothing much to do apart from Swimming Pool. Though Pool is great. Games are not well maintained. Food options are limited and okay.(Not matching to 5 star category, not even 4 star.) Building is very neat and clean. Delayed housekeeping service. May be because of long weekend rush."

"This property is next to Hilton hotel near the highway in Kukas. It's a small hotel/motel with small rooms, no lift for higher floor, no concierge services etc. (as you might see in description). Also, don't go by the pictures or the video or even by the name, as it is not at all a 'palace'. "
