I stayed here for 3 days and although I was initially a little disappointed that Zoku isn’t located in a busier neighborhood, the proximity to transportation, the quiet rooms, comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff, delicious food, and incredibly convenient rooftop work space more than made up for any initial hesitation. "This property was exceptional. The staff upgraded us to a better room when they found out it was our honeymoon. They put champagne and hearts in our room to decorate it after we came back one day. When my husband got sick, they were beyond helpful. The food was incredible there too. We had the burger and cheese plate and it was wonderful. I cannot recommend this place enough seriously. I a picky customer but this place wxceeded my expectations. We will definitely be back. "
