"The staff is super friendly and the location perfect. The best thing about this hotel is its charm. We were told the hotel is 300 years old and so it had so many beautiful features. A special spot!"

"Great large room and canal view. Staff were very helpful trying to assist during a 2 day issue with Wi-Fi and few minor room issues. Restaurant and bar were very busy and crowd was a bit younger than expected.
Location was amazing with lots of restaurants and close to many major attractions. Bit of noise in evening, but quiet at night. Would stay again."
