"We had a nice stay in this hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. There are two things that cause me to rate this less than five stars. First is the airport shuttle. It is included with the room, but only runs every half hour whether leaving from the hotel or the airport. The problem is that the shuttle is too small to accommodate so many travelers. On the way from the airport, it was standing room only, and I had to hold my luggage between my legs. On...

"First day I arrive, they provide me with a room that smells cigarette, have hair in the bed and pee in the toilet set. They move me a other room. And give me 2 drinks as apology. The room 216 Was cleaner. however the AC wasn’t able to turn off or increase the temperature. They said they will fix it or move me to other room, but nothing happened. I requested 3 times. The shower drain was blocked and food all the bathroom. I stay 3 nights, I end up going home sick. Very disappointed."

"Location was 5 minutes walking distance to public transportation, but overall a little far from the center of town for our purposes. Safe area to walk. Our bathroom flooded the first night, but they were able to move us to another room. No nightstand to charge phones etc. Tight space for two adults and two children even though its advertised as accommodating four people. Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent!"

"Absolutely terrible. The reception staff are literally ret*rded. They charge for the 'discount already applied'. Just lost almost 20 euros of key cash because they insisted that was to be paid at reception. They also refused to give me an invoice. "
