"Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, direkt an einer kleinen Fußgängerzone mit einer Reihen schöner Restaurants. Man ist schnell in Amsterdam (Bus 35 Minuten). Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was clean and very comfortable. We selected this hotel as we wanted to stay near the airport and its free shuttle made our trips from/to the Airport very convenient."

"The hotel was very nice and the lobby amenities were very good. Very nice bar and restaurant. Check in was a disaster. We reserved our room way in advance and when we checked in we discovered that they were placing us in a Residence Inn that was next door. The agent at the desk conveniently did not notice the details of our reservation. Only when we pushed back did we get a manager involved. We made our reservation on August 5, 2025 and we received many follow up e mails right up to our arrival....

"I could rate them 5 star but they don’t have any outlet and no shop to sell even. They said there is shop which has no product. We beg them to help but employees said they can’t do it. Other that this everything was perfect. Awesome stay after hustle to find cable cord connector in city center which ."

"The rooms are not clean at all. I didnt complain because you get what you paid. The bathroom door wasn't closing. Its was ok because we stayed only for few days. Breakfast wasn't the greatest 😕. But the staff is super super friendly"

"Not much around it, as it's out by the airport. Airport shuttle was convenient, but badly run & managed. Bus terminal is across the street. Stay if you want, but avoid the shuttle."

"Absolutely terrible. The reception staff are literally ret*rded. They charge for the 'discount already applied'. Just lost almost 20 euros of key cash because they insisted that was to be paid at reception. They also refused to give me an invoice. "

"Nice location, very close to train station & grocery store . Spacious apartment .Nice to have Coffee, Cappuccino etc in Lobby. Washer & Dryer unit helpful. I’m told it’s no more Plus, even though name has plus . Probably charged for Plus. TV didn’t work. Every time we used toaster , light went out. We didn’t realize what was the problem initially. Then contacted front desk , they removed toaster. Didn’t replace. That was inconvenient . Kitchen vent didn’t work . Shower water pooling on to the...
