"Our stay was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The gentleman who greeted us was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. "I booked this property and then I accidently booked this property when I meant to book Florence. As soon as I realized my mistake I reached out in advance to the property and asked for a courtesy cancellation and refund. The response I got was "management would not consider any refund." I will never return to a hotel that is unwilling to work with customers and just take their money. Highly disappointed!"

"I had a perfect 4 nights stay! Simona was really helpful , introduced us the route and places to visit on the entire island! There is a bus stop right outside ,so it was easy to get to everywhere , and it’s also the end and starting stop.
There was daily cleaning and the mini bar & dessert bar refilled everyday ! For FREE!"
