"Pleasantly surprised by the Element. Lobby is bright and spacious. 3 check in stands, fully staffed at check in time so there was virtually no waiting. Room was massive, almost too many amenities. We didn’t need a dishwasher or kitchen utensils, but appreciated all the counter space. Beds were so comfy. We got the family suite with a king and bunk beds and we were all adults. Bunk beds were so comfy for anyone under 5’7”, any taller and you may feel squished. Pullout couch was comfy. Kind bed...

"Great staff, huge room, very close to Disneyland entrance (10min walk to entry gates, pool was nice and my kid enjoyed the splash pad. Now the critiques I have are minor and won’t change me staying again, but would love if these were fixed. 1) I think the breakfast should be improved or made free. In its current state, the breakfast is not giving as much value as the ones in the park. Comparing prices, it seems a no brainer to go in the park as the food is that much better. If it was free...

"Room was extremely clean. No carpet (in at least our room) so you don’t have to worry about foot fungus, stains, etc. Newly renovated, bathroom was huge (for a hotel room). Bed was comfy and warm. For the price, would highly recommend. They do take a $75 deposit upon check in, but my deposit was back in my bank account within 2 hours of checking out. Staff was extremely friendly when I checked in and checked out. Very close to Disneyland park as well"

"Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Hard to get housekeeping and when they did show it was 7:00 am and acted confused when we refused at that time. One day we called and asked for housekeeping to bring towels and TP and we got back at midnight. Housekeeping never brought it. Otherwise a nice stay. "

"This hotel is where it’s at for my family. It’s our favorite at this time for its proximity to the park, to McDonald’s, to Panera. We love the free breakfast. The service is amazing. Thank yall for hosting our family for another fantastic adventure. "

"Modern, good looking hotel. Close to Disney parks. Not really walkable. No shuttle, but Uber/Lyft was easy and quick. Very nice room, comfortable bed. Very well lit and usable shower room. Ample and usable storage for clothing, including a standing wardrobe. Robes and even slippers were provided. Restaurants offered excellent service and food was good."

"I was extremely impressed with the front desk staff upon arrival. We arrived early at approximately 10:00 am. I knew checking was later than that but I figured I’d check to see if the room was available early. I originally booked a one bedroom king. The front desk representative, I believe a Hispanic Make adult. Offered me an upgrade to a family room with no extra charge. I was happy with the upgrade as it offered a lot more space. The staff was extremely friendly and the property was clean....

"The bed was well made for us, and the staff was attentive to needs. Staff was especially kind to us whenever we asked to use the dining amenities even after hours since we had a large group and wanted to eat together. We did have one instance where we did find a cockroach in our room on our 6th day. But the staff was efficient in getting our room cleaned up for us afterwards."

"Property is very clean and quiet. Only complaint would be quality of hot breakfast. I have been foing to this property for years and this stay the food we soggy, eggs tasted fake, the self make waffles good option but they also served soggy eggo waffles all 3 days I was there. This is a perfect t of the property and the hot food options need improvement. The other is kept very clean by staff and the bus staff are great ! Front desk very friendly, housekeepers do a great job as well."
