"Según el personal del hotel hace poco tiempo fumigaron la propiedad y las habitaciones. Por lo cual encontramos algunas cucarachas todavía con vida dentro del cuarto.. ofrecieron cambiar la habitación pero ya era demasiado tarde .. inicialmente mi reservación era una habitación con vista al mar ..lo cual tampoco se cumplió. . Las personas que trabajan en el hotel fueron muy amables y educados ."

"Basic, decent clean room with working shower and A/C. The property appears more rundown than photos would suggest but there is a pool that appears to be in good working order. Breakfast was convenient and cheap. Quiet and safe location. We prefer to stay walkable to Casco Viejo so it seemed far to us but the price was good if you don’t mind Uber or you have a car. Friendly and accommodating staff."

"There really needs to be a microwave in the rooms, particularly the higher-priced rooms. I understand that the hotel wants to encourage spending at their restaurant or on their overpriced snacks, but people expect microwaves these days as a minimal amenity."

"Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight."

"In the bathroom, the shower tiles and glass door had green mold, the headboard had strange white stains, and the curtains were very dusty. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. However, I have other complaints regarding the bathroom and room."

"Bonitas instalaciones, se ve que aún están en remodelación pero hay mucho que mejorar. El desayuno me pareció muy pobre, poca variedad para no decir que nula. El wifi solo en el lobby, las habitaciones amplias pero con pocas amenidades (agua, café, hielera). El área social se ve un poco descuidada y solitaria."
