"What a beautiful well maintained resort. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool was a prefect size resort pool with a bar and food truck. Vibe for a ages."
"I didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I'd definitely prefer some way in-room for heating water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, we loved the modern, compact space for the two of us and thought the hotel was beautiful. It's also very convenient to all the downtown establishments, most withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure we'll book a room here again sometime."
"The building seems a bit older as the building as a whole felt very warm and humid in the halls and stairwell areas. The fitted sheet on the bed had what looked like a hole created by most likely a cigarette, and the comforter was ripped at the corner near the tag and the stuffing was falling out. These were minor impositions to be sure, the main concerns were caused by the stairs and the breakfast. Those carpeted stairs caught my shoe more than once and nearly caused a tumble. The other disappointment was listed as a free "breakfast", and if I could put that word in actual finger quotes I would. I'm not sure what the eggs are actually made of or if it was just liquid eggs watered down, but they tasted like how a new sponge smells. The biscuits could be used to build homeless shelters, and the gravy was so thin and watery it was undesirable. The waffle batter was really thin and the waffles left an odd after taste. The breads were in the same bags they came in from whatever grocery store they were bought at, and left without serving tongs so patrons had to grab them with their hands directly. Only the sausage patties were half decent, but they fill the containers at 6:30AM when breakfast starts, and that's it until they break it down at 9:30. So if you want fresh rubber eggs and slightly less soupy gravy, you better be there early. Also someone used spray deodorant too close to the fire alarms and set them off twice one night. Still, not the worst stay I've ever had"
"This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was so kind and helpful, they made us feel like at home from the time they greeted us, we had been driving for a while. They kindly let us checked in while they parked our car and they brought all our luggage to our rooms while we took care of our 4 year old daughter who was eager to get to her room to rest and play. We will be back! We loved Bentonville. Thank you!!"
