Bed was comfortable but walls are paper thin and you can hear every door that opens and closes down your hall. Our bathroom door don’t fit right and I thought I was stuck in the bathroom. "Beautiful hotel and room. The only thing that let me down was the paint peeling in the bathroom. Paint chips all over the floor and shower. Other than that my family and I really enjoyed our stay. "

"Reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When we checked in we were given a king with a sleeper sofa. When we went to the front desk we were told it was reserved that way by Expedia and could not be given a room with two queen beds because they were booked up,also no refund because we booked through Expedia. We returned to the room pulled the sofa bed out,no bedding in the room. Called the front desk and ask them to bring sheets. They told us we would have to walk down and get them. "From appearances, the hotel has attempted to re-model however there are telltale signs of wear and tear. The one elevation is dated, small, slow making clunky noise. The elevator inside smelled and the laminate flooring was cracked/broken. We were placed on the 3rd floor, one room from the exit door, felt as though walking a scene from a scary movie. Our room only had one odd like chair! assume it’s a video chair that kids sat in to play video games/one has to lean back and look up at the tv...
