"Our room had mold in the shower all over the ceiling. The floor had so much hair that was not ours that I had to wear slippers. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was perfect. The room was small but that is to be expected in Paris. It was a nice touch to have wine, water, and chocolate in the room for us. The bathroom was the main problem with how small it was there was no place to hang a towel as the shower door would not open if the towel was there. The mold in the shower was...

"The hotel was very close to the eiffel tower and we could get everywhere from there. Staffs were nice and willing to go out of their way to help us. Our room was pretty although it wasnt too spacious, the three of us still fit very comfortably. Overall, great experience."

But when they say the breakfast will open at 7 it means sometime after seven. But they will accommodate if you need something at 7. We also had an issue the day we stayed with the hot water. They didn’t get it repaired the morning we were checking out until we were leaving for the airport. But they were trying everything to get it fixed on a sunday...

They are renovating parts of the hotel and we stayed in a recently renovated room that was spacious and clean with robes, towel warmer and Nespresso machine.
