"Room cleanliness can be improved, shower head leaking, bath mixer tap/shower not good at all, either hot or cold. Kitchen and lounge good size but no utensils. Breakfast can be better. Over all, just a very basic room, probably we expected more by reading previous positive reviews and Online pictures. "
"Excellent staff and facilities. Well maintained. The WhatsApp system to keep in touch with the guests and respond to anything was easy and excellent. The in-house doctor helped when needed which was great.
Room upgrade was offered due to our circumstances which helped our stay be more enjoyable and staff were helpful."
