"Appartamento grande e pulito. Comodo. Fornito di ogni confort. La titolare è gentile e disponibile (al checkout però abbiamo provato a chiamarla per consegnare le chiavi ma non ha risposto nessuno è abbiamo dovuto lasciarle sul bancone della reception chiusa). "The staff was excellent and very quick and efficient in helping us arrange a taxi. The room upgrade was a special touch and greatly appreciated. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and quiet. The only small note I would mention is that the sleeping pillows felt a bit lightweight and could use a little improvement. Other than that, everything was perfect."
