"It took me a bit of time to get used to no staff. The property is centrally located near the train and bus stations and a short walk into the heart of town. If you have sense of direction, and it doesn't have to be great, you can explore and still find the Palazzo. All streets eventually lead to your temporary home.😎"

"La struttura ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Il frigorifero era vecchio e in alcuni punti presentava della ruggine all'interno e all'estero. Il climatizzatore presentava polvere pluriennale all'interno. I locali erano puliti ed il personale cortese."

"This is a super unique place to stay with an amazing view. The breakfast was definitely a highlight for us along with the staff. There is a beach near the property however it is a long walk and a super steep hill. There are no towels or chairs unless you purchase them. There is also no dinner location so without a car it is challenging to get dinner. There is a bus stop near the property but we ended up transporting via taxi. We were able to get to La Spezia train station and Marina in 15-20...
