This was the worst place that I have stayed at ever. First thing that we noticed was the moldy smell. My husband looked at the air filter on the air conditioner and it was black. There was dust balls on the walls, stains on the walls and hairs on the comforter. We tried to stick it out but after two hours we left and found another hotel room. They refused to refund us. This place should be condemned.

This room and property is very undesirably and was way overpriced ($400 - the price was purposely jacked up for parents weekend). Room was unkempt!! Chair, curtains, rugs and walls were filthy and stained. The staff who checked us in was polite and courteous but the staff member the next morning spent the morning on his cell phone and was dressed in a tshirt, sweatpants and slides, all while a dirty mop and bucket stood in front of the breakfast “buffet” and the trash bins were overflowing. Never again will I stay at a comfort inn and certainly not this one. I want a refund!

We booked two rooms. One for my husband and me, and one for his elderly aunt. Our room was strangely cavernous but had hardly any furniture, like you could literally do 2-3 cartwheels without hitting anything. Bed was ok. Aunt's room was nice but toilet seat was broken. Water pressure in our bathroom sink was a trickle and shower had some mildew. Breakfast was fair but coffee was terrible. While checking out another guest was complaining that the AC in her room was leaking water onto the carpet and the water pressure in her shower was a trickle.

The night we checked in the attendant was difficult to work with. Subsequent employees were very nice and helpful. There was only one handicap spot and it was always occupied by what seem to be non-handicapped automobiles. At times this became very inconvenient.

The staffs are friendly, but the room we checked in had so many fruit flies and we had to ask to switch to another room. Breakfast was not as good as expected. Other than toilet paper, no tissue provided in the bathroom.

I have stayed here before without incident. This time, check in was horrible, the desk clerk literally ignored me and 5 other guest while she chatted on the phone about her schedule, other staff members, etc. She never even acknowledged us with a look or a "I will be right with you", . Apparently she put me in a room that was marked "dirty". And then gave my room to someone else who was a walk in. So at 11:30 pm a gentleman starts banging on my door, asking my name, and demanding I open the door. He DID NOT even identify himself as an employee. He then explained how they gave me this dirty room and that he would "just comp" this poor couple who now had no place to stay in the middle of the night. I went back to bed and now could not sleep, and I looked at the ceiling and there was black mold! So now it made sense why this room was marked dirty. Of course I had no recourse as the hotel was fully booked so I slept in my car. I reported all this to the desk clerk as I checked out but I did not receive a reply from Management.

There is no lighting marking the entrance to the hotel. The outside seating area had chairs that were broken. The carpet had huge stain on it. The keys didn't work the second day. I was told by property that they couldn't change card I payed with. Expedia told me the property had to change it. The hotel was ok for the price. Walls in room needed to be painted badly. I think the a/c wasn't working as elevator and lobby of hotel were super hot. The area surrounding it is an abandoned hotel.

The staff tried their best. Our bathroom ceiling leaked from upstairs. Clearly this was not new. All the flooring and paint were in horrible repair. The common areas must have no ac as they were hot. I would not stay there again. Badly needs a facelift. Hotel was full so they should have the funds
