"This was really just a crash pad for my wife and I as we spent three nights there while visiting old friends in the area. Worked fine for that purpose at what was a reasonable rate for the Rhode Island seashore. Nice pool and grounds but we did not use except to briefly sit outside reading for 40 minutes one evening. "We got what we paid for. The room was clean enough. The whole place smelt like cigarettes and woke up with congestion becuase of it. We just needed a cheap place since we were out most of the day so overall it was fine for a sleeping place."

"The air conditioning was not working the towel rack in the bathroom was broken upon arrival held on my a thread. Room smelled awful like marijana and it had seem like someone had taken out the batteries to the fire alarm in the room just to smoke in the room. Overall a very unpleasant place to stay definitely think it should be shut down not sure why the city of RI has not come to shut this place down I tried getting refunded to go to another place but did not have any luck."
