"Good location. Room was clean and bed comfortable. No AC so room was quite hot. The fan helped, but opening the windows meant a lot of early morning street noise. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were not very extensive and service was a little chaotic. "

"Ok first of all you never told me we have to be there before 10, u only said to call to check in, and i did bit unfortunately when i arrive nobody was there and i stayed in practically in the streets and they didn’t gave me a refund, so i expect u guys do something."
