"Very lovely staff. We had an issue with the first room we were given and we were immediately given a replacement room free of charge. They work really hard to make you feel comfortable and cared for as a guest and it shows. The continental breakfast was perfect. Plenty of options considering the actual cost of the stay. Fresh waffles, cereal, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, and fresh made to order omelets. Coffee, OJ and apple juice as well. Additionally the pet friendly policy is fabulous. Obviously some peoples pets aren’t well behaved. the flooring in those rooms should probably be changed so that if pets have accidents the waste doesn’t SEEP IN to the cracks of the floor panels. My dog had no accidents but someone else’s clearly did in the corner of the room by the bed and you could tell it had been cleaned but the floor absorbed it. That being said our room was sanitized and smelled as fresh as a pet friendly room probably can smell. The room had a decent air conditioner and comfy beds as well. 5/5 for the sleep experience for sure. Overall 4.5/5 stars. I think some things could be improved so it’s a generally more enjoyable experience but "
