This room was worn and dreary looking, in need of updating and modernisation. I was woken very early to the sound of glass recycling bin being emptied, and you can hear creaking sounds as people walk around in other rooms. "

"Good hotel. Lots of airline folks seemed to stay here. Make sure to get the correct bus to and from theT5. Number 7 bus to the hotel and number 703 back to T5. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is amazingly abundant with plenty of staff on hand cleaning, serving, helping. Asked for extra tea for the room and housekeeper was very generous with tea and milk. Nicely updated bathroom. Bedding was stained on one bottom sheet. I say to miss but disconcerting for guests. Now that we know the buses, would stay here again. As we were taking the bus back to Heathrow T5 we drove through some lovely areas with parks and historic buildings. Worth a longer walk to take a look. "
